Additional time requested during the event is subject to team availability and is billed in full-hour increments.
Travel
The starting rate includes travel within 30 driving miles of Escondido, California.
- 31 to 50 miles: $75
- 51 to 75 miles: $150
- More than 75 miles: Custom quote
Parking, tolls, permits, lodging, and other event-related expenses are not included and may be added to the final invoice.
Important Policies
- A three-hour minimum is required.
- Coverage hours must be consecutive.
- Setup time is included within the reserved coverage window.
- Unused coverage time does not roll over.
- Additional hours are subject to availability.
- Rush editing, extra edited videos, additional creators, professional photography, and large-scale productions are quoted separately.
