Rush Policy

1. Definiing of Rush Services:

Rush services refer to any social media content creation or management tasks that require completion within a shortened timeframe than originally agreed upon. Typically, this is within 24 to 48 hours.

2. Availability:

Rush services are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. They will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on current workload and resource availability.

3. Scope of Services:

The scope of rush services includes content creation, scheduling, and any necessary revisions for specific platforms as requested by the client.

4. Fees:

  • Standard Rush Fee: An additional 25-50% surcharge on top of the regular service rate for tasks completed within 48 hours.

  • Emergency Rush Fee: An additional 75-100% surcharge for tasks that require completion within 24 hours.

  • The exact fee will be determined based on the complexity and volume of the work requested.

5. Payment Terms:

Rush fees are due in full upon acceptance of the rush service request. Payment must be received before work begins.

6. Process:

  • Request Submission: Clients must submit a detailed request for rush services, including the specific tasks and desired completion timeline.

  • Confirmation: A confirmation will be provided once the request is reviewed and accepted, along with an estimated completion time and fee.

  • Approval: The client must approve the rush service terms and fees before work commences.

7. Limitations:

  • Some services may not be available for rush delivery due to complexity or resource constraints.

  • Quality may be impacted by the shortened timeline, and while every effort will be made to maintain standards, this cannot be guaranteed.

8. Cancellation Policy:

Rush service requests can be canceled within one hour of confirmation for a full refund. After this period, fees are non-refundable due to the expedited nature of the work.

9. Communication:

All communications related to rush services will be prioritized, and updates will be provided regularly to ensure transparency and alignment.
